Turbo / Forced Induction checklist

Auto-selected from your forced induction choice — switch below if your build is different.

Full checklist
  • Turbocharger & manifold

    Installed and all bolts torqued to spec

  • Wastegate & springs

    Bring extra spring rates if you have them

  • Boost controller

    Electronic or manual — confirm it's plumbed correctly

  • Intercooler & charge pipes

    All couplers tight, clamps double-checked

  • Blow-off / bypass valve

    Recirc or vent-to-atmosphere as mapped

  • Downpipe & exhaust

    Must flow freely — no crushed or restricted sections

  • Oil feed & drain lines

    Restricted feed if required by turbo manufacturer

  • Coolant lines

    For water-cooled turbos — no kinks, good clamps

  • Vacuum / boost reference lines

    All lines routed away from heat

  • Spark plugs (1-2 steps colder)

    Gapped to tuner spec — bring extras

  • Injectors sized for goal

    With flow sheet or part number confirmed

  • Fuel pump(s) & wiring

    Full voltage, enough flow for target horsepower

  • Wideband O2 sensor

    Installed in downpipe before the catalytic converter

  • EGT probe

    Recommended for boost levels over 15 psi
